Hair colour

Hi, I have been buying your hair colours for many years. I bought 2 on the 18th of February from your store at Rushden Lakes near Northampton, and used one today to colour my hair. However, this time the colour was runny even though I shook the mixture as much as I usually do. The colour was 10.1 natural lightest ash blonde. I wanted to bring this to your attention. It made it more difficult for me to colour my hair. I have saved the box with a little of the mixture in the bottom.

Online order disappeared and so did my money.

Ordered online with the option of picking up from a chosen store.

Did not receive a reference number or order confirmation via email.

Went to the store anyway, but they don't have any reference of my order. They suggested getting in touch with customer service.

However, there is no customer service, unless I connect with them via my Facebook or Twitter account. What if I do not have a Twitter or FB account???

However, money was taken out of my bank account, and no prospect of getting either my goods or the money refunded.

Why does Superdug has to sink so low, having to swindle money out of their customers pockets and avoiding any direct communication or responsibility??? Disgraceful!

Card details not matching with your database

l moved from North Devon to Nottingham 4 years ago,time when l didnt use my superdrug card.Today l want to buy some items online and l am asked the card number,which l typed in,buy the answer came the details don`t match.

Incorrectly labelled shades Barry M Velvet lipstick

I cant see an email online for Superdrug customer service ireland. I normally buy shade 520 dirty rose in Barry M velvet lipstick. Yesterday in Superdrug drogheda co Louth Ireland I bought two lipsticks both labelled 520. This morning I opened one to find it was a completely different shade -bittersweet- a very pale nude shade. I went back to he store and when they checked there seemed to a be different shades of the lipstick labelled 520. There was also a lipstick named dirty rose but it was number 290. The assistant finally found a 520 lipstick which was the correct dirty rose shade. They agreed to swop one lipstick for the bittersweet one I had purchased. However they would not exchange or refund me for the opened lipstick, I had remover the plastic but 5he lipstick clearly not been used, I even brought in the old stub of my previous lipstick dirty rose to make sure I got the right colour. I feel it is unfair that I have lost out on one of the lipsticks I purchased, I bought it in good faith to be shade 520 dirty rose, only to find that the Barry m velvet lipsticks have incorrect labelling and the bittersweet shade is now incorrectly labelled as 520 when it is clearly not the dirty rose shade. I would like a refund of the price of the lipstick, I am happy to go back again to the store and hand over the opened bittersweet lipstick which is brand new, just has security plastic taken off. Ironically I find it hard to read the shade numbers as the print is so small so I took my 19 year old daughter with me and she found the lipsticks labelled 520 for me! But then they turned out to be the bittersweet shade so all in all quite a disappointment whooping trip. Superdrug drogheda need to examine the Barry m display stand and remove the lipsticks that are different shades but have the same shade number, its very confusing. Regards Vivien

I have just returned from your Tiverton branch and Olivia was very, very helpful. Unfortunately there wasnt a manager around for me to tell them. It is not the first time she has helped me and just want her managers to know that she is an absolute credit to your company. Please make sure that all the mangers are aware. I went to the Superdrug, London Road, Brighton store and was asking a sales assistant named Phoebe(colored hair) for help. First, she behaved as if I was talking gibberish, after repeating she gives me incorrect directions for the product in the store without making an effort to help. After that, she makes a face in front of the other sales assistant. It was quite clear that she was making fun of me. I thought sales assistant are there to assist customers instead of behaving live snobs. This incident deterred me from buying anything and wish to never step into that store again.

Unable to combine my 3 health and beauty cards on line

I found 2 other health and beauty cards in my old purses. I went into the store to get my points combined onto one card. I was told I would have to do this on line using the app. I have tried to do this several times with no luck. I have also tried to get answers using the live chat. Left messages over a period of two days. Not heard anything in almost a week. I have also tried to contact using telephone number but this was no longer available. Thie answer phone message suggested contacting them via website. Once again when I tried this it has failed. Please help.
